Planning a destination wedding? They’ve got their own set of issues to deal with but we have a short list of considerations for you to remember before you head out of the house in the days before the ceremony to make it all easier.
Pets – If you have pets you’ll want to arrange kenneling or a house sitter way ahead of time. The last thing you want to be thinking about on your wedding day is Fido.
Security – If you plan to be away from the house for a while you may want to look into home security systems or talk to a family member about coming over to check on the place.
Make a List – So you don’t leave anything at home, make a list when you’re clear headed. Look over it 10 times and have your fianc check it as well.
Have Someone on Call – Just in case, leave a key with a neighbor or local friend who won’t be attending the wedding. They can ship you items you forgot or go to the house to deal with unexpected issues like pipes or break ins.
